Our Approach
At Oak & Alder Build + Design, we offer a thoughtful, full-service approach to creating homes that are as beautiful as they are functional. As a husband-and-wife design + build team, we bring interior design and construction together under one roof, creating a more cohesive and personalized experience from the first idea to the final detail.
Whether you’re building a custom home, transforming an existing space, or looking for professional interior design guidance, we work closely with you to create a home that reflects the way you live. Our services include custom home building, renovations and remodels, interior design, space planning, finish and fixture selections, cabinetry design, lighting, furnishings, and styling.
With Jill leading the design vision and Gavin overseeing construction as our General Contractor, every project benefits from both creative direction and experienced project execution. Our collaborative process allows design decisions and construction details to work together from the beginning—helping create a smoother building experience and a beautifully cohesive finished home.
Our signature aesthetic is warm, timeless, and inspired by natural materials, organic textures, and thoughtful architectural details. Above all, we believe your home should feel personal to you.
Thoughtful design. Expert craftsmanship. Homes made for real life.
